Keeping the faith!

As I was riding the bus going home, I spotted a boy, seemingly in his teens, who is being given food outside a little factory or "something" along Alabang Zapote Road near Casimiro. The boy has remained seated on the rough cemented floor of the side walk. A Chinese lady seemed to have instructed one of her staff to give him food and water. From my view, I can see that the thinly boy has some disability as his right leg seemed to be thinner than his left leg. He seemed very thankful to the lady. He is clad in dirty clothes and he looks like what we call "taong grasa". When the Chinese lady left and the staff has closed the gate to the establishment, the boy placed the plate on his lap and then he made a sign of the cross. He then fervently prayed. What a good example. I am sure that God will touch the life of that boy. He has kept his faith despite the situation he is in. I was really touched by what I have seen. Too bad, I wasn't able to take a video of the scene as I was mesmerized by how the boy has responded to the life's hardship.
